Salceda Family wins Model OFW Family of the year

Congratulations to the Salceda family from Purok Gumamela, Candau-ay, Dumaguete City (Right) who won the Model OFW Family of the Year 2010 Award for the land-based category.  They were awarded P20,000 and a trophy from Globe Telecom; a Banco de Oro Kabayan Savings Account initial deposit of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) and a One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000) insurance coverage from Philamlife for the OFW-winner and his spouse. The Salceda family, together with the Jadulco family from Kangkaibe, Bantayan, Cebu who is the winner for sea-based category, will represent Region 7 and compete in the National MOFYA in Manila on December 2010.
